“Lagoona” is a 1,213 hectare (2,997* acres) highly developed irrigation and dryland cropping and cattle grazing property.

Located on the Dawson River in the renowned Dawson valley region in Central Queensland, “Lagoona” presents a secure and diversified opportunity underpinned by water security, fertile irrigated cropping lands and improved cattle grazing supported by Leucaena.

Ideally located 30km south of Theodore and 225km South of Rockhampton on the bitumen Eidsvold Theodore Road.

Approximately 472 hectares is developed to irrigation comprising 352 hectares of flood irrigation and 120 hectares under centre pivot. A further 144 hectares is developed to dryland cropping, 67 hectares under water storage, 42 hectares of Leucaena with the balance 488 hectares considered grazing and support land.
